食材(2人份):
豬頸肉 200g Pork Jowl 200g
豆卜 100g Stuffed-fried tofu 100g
蝦醬 1茶匙 Shrimp paste 1 tsp
麻油 少許 Sesame oil a bit
生粉 1茶匙 Potato starch 1 tsp
薑 3片(切絲) Ginger 3 slices, shredded
葱 少許(切粒) Green Onion a bit, diced
做法:
1.豬頸肉洗淨切片,用蝦醬、麻油、生粉拌勻
2.豆卜一開二鋪碟底,再鋪上豬頸肉及薑絲
3.隔水蒸8分鐘,撤上蔥粒,即成
