節瓜滾大地魚粉肉片湯
材料:
節瓜3條
瘦肉 200克
豆腐1磚
薑2片
大地魚粉1/2湯匙
糖1茶匙
紹興酒2茶匙
蠔油1湯匙
生粉2茶匙
麻油1茶匙
鹽 少許
步驟:
1.薑切片;節瓜去皮及切件;豆腐切件。
2.瘦肉切片,將糖、紹興酒、蠔油、麻油、生粉、大地魚粉加入瘦肉,醃15分鐘。
3.將薑、節瓜、豆腐加入滾水,蓋上蓋,煮20分鐘。
4.加入瘦肉,煮 5分鐘,再加鹽調味。
