南薑 1個

南薑切片,香茅切條,紅葱頭切粒,菇去蒂,排骨切件。
2.
排骨汆水。
3.
排骨放入鍋中加水煲至軟身。
4.
落南薑、香茅、紅葱頭、菇、檸檬葉及辣椒煲一下。
5.
加魚露和鹽調味,最後加芫荽即成。
Soup with Pork Rib and Lemongrass
Ingredients:
Pork Ribs 200 g
Some Mushroom
Some Corianders
Some Shallots
Galangal 1 pc
Chili Pepper 2 pcs
Some Lemongrass
Seasonings:
Some Lemon Leaves
Some Fish Sauce
Some Salt
Steps:
1.Slice galangal, cut lemongrass into stripe, dice shallots, remove mushrooms stems and cut pork ribs into pieces.
2. Blanch pork ribs in water.
3. Put pork ribs into a pot and coot it till soften.
4. Add in galangal, lemongrass, shallots, mushrooms, lemon leaves, chili pepper and cook for a while.
5. Season with fish sauce and salt, add in coriander at the end. Done.
