夏天悶熱天氣，口味通常較清淡，所以味道較清爽的日式料理風格在夏天特別受歡迎。今次讀者示範的一菜一湯都有濃烈的日本料理味道，但卻是加入了其他地方的材料和改良創新，口味新鮮但做法卻不複雜，很適合夏天在家自製。

材料：
冷麵2份
木耳絲（浸透切絲）適量
中國香芹（切細粒）少許
小青瓜1條
蟹柳（切絲）2條

冷麵汁：
牛油果半個
日本冷麵汁、日本餃子汁、醬油、糖各適量
檸檬汁少許

小貼士：花生醬可代牛油果
1﹒如吃素菜，可把蟹柳改為以甘笋絲加子薑，同樣美味。
2﹒如果不接受牛油果的味道，可把材料改為花生醬，味道較濃。
3﹒小青瓜比大青瓜肉質更爽脆，生食最啱。

NoodlewithAvocadoSauce
Ingredients:
2portionsnoodle,somewoodfungus(soakedandshredded),someChinesecelery(diced),1cucumber,2crabstick(shredded)

AvocadoSauce:
1/2pcavocado,someeachofJapanesenoodlesauce,Japanesedumplingsauce,lightsoysauce,sugarandlemonjuice

Method:
1﹒Shredcucumber.Blanchwoodfungus,celeryandcrabstickinboilingwater,takeoutanddrain.Blanchnoodlesinboilingwater,takeoutandrinse,thencookinboilingwateragain,takeoutanddrain,chill.

2﹒Removethestonefromavocadoandslicetheflesh,mixwiththesauceingredients,thenblendtillsmooth,pourinasmallbowl.Putthenoodleintoalargebowl,topwithwoodfungus,cucumber,crabstickandcelery.Servewiththeavocadosauce.
