Soup with Black Eyed Peas, Peanut and Chicken Feet
Approximately 8 Chicken Feet
1. Blanch the chicken carcass and chicken feet in boiling water.
2. Bring a pot of water to boil, then add all ingredients.
3. When water comes to the boil, turn to mild heat and boil for 2 and half hours.
4. Add salt to season. Ready to serve.
