材料:

指天椒 2條

蒸魚豉油 少許

做法:

粉絲以水浸泡。
2.
指天椒、蒜頭切粒。
3.
急凍魚柳切片。
4.
將蒜茸、指天椒混合備用。
5.
粉絲放在碟上,擺上魚柳片。
6.
混合醬料放在魚柳上,大火蒸6分鐘。
7.
加入葱花,將滾油淋上,加入蒸魚豉油。
