材料:
菠菜3棵
冬菇5隻
甘筍50克
薑2片
蛋1隻
清湯800毫升
紹酒少許
做法:
1.冬菇浸水,甘筍和薑切粒。冬菇去蒂,切片。菠菜切根,再切段。打蛋。
2.燒熱油,爆香薑、甘筍和冬菇。灒紹酒。
3.加入清湯煲滾。加入菠菜煮至軟身,倒入蛋液。熄火。用筷子把蛋攪拌成蛋花即成。

Steps:
