U.S. all four lethal weapons activated|He Jiangbing

On September 12, Xinhua News Agency claimed that China’s mission to launch the Jilin-1 Gaofen 02C satellite in Jiuquan failed, which is the latest instance of the many recent similar failure cases. As to the failure of Chinese rocket launches, some media analyses have suggested that it might have something to do with the U.S. banning export of computer chips to China, and its military research institutions from using American systems, as well as expelling and arresting the Chinese who study and do research in the U.S. Being the only hegemonic power on earth, the U.S. possesses at least four unique weapons that have never been found in any countries: unparalleled advanced technology, high-end manufacture, military and finance.
A lot of people do not understand U.S. strategic system, mistaking that Sino-U.S. relations would be improved if Biden wins the presidential election this year, which is actually ignorant gamblers' way of thinking. First of all, once U.S. national strategy is consolidated, it is hardly possible for a president to revise it. The policy towards China made by Nixon in the early 70s last century lasted for 40 years. Despite the June 4 tempest, it was still in effect, regardless of whether the Republicans or Democrats were in power. Secondly, in June this year, the U.S. decided to position China as number one enemy. Four top officials of Trump’s cabinet issued four official denunciations of the enemy, all in the same vein – the policy of engagement in the past was a blunder…the U.S. would adjust its policy towards China…etc.. The mistrust and verification of the latter go even more ferocious than that of the Soviet Union. Thirdly, since the 40s last century, the U.S. had been positioning the Soviet Union as number one enemy until the disintegration of the latter. Nowadays, a lot of Americans still deem Russia number one enemy. Now since the U.S. government, the parliament and more than 70% of Americans see China as number one enemy, the country would face even more acrimonious attacks from the U.S..
With the four unique weapons, the U.S. only leveraged one to combat the Soviet Union – the armament race dragged the Soviet Union down. Now the four have all been activated against China. Decoupling of advanced technologies: no theft, no study, no exchange, on export. Last week, U.S. Department of Homeland Security revoked the visas of a thousand college students who studied sensitive technologies in the U.S.; there were only about 100 visas issued to students from China in July, which dropped by 99% as compared to that of last year; continuous last-scale investigation and arrest of sci-tech personnel are still being conducted. Last Tuesday, a global ban on selling computer chips and core accessories to Huawei took effect, which has literally paralysed the enterprise. A ban might also be put by the Pentagon on selling core spare parts and computer chips to Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation. As such, the U.S. will thoroughly batter down China’s manufacturing industry and industry chain. With all the sanctions imposed on its aviation and aerospace industry, assembly line industry and electrical automobile industry, the World’s Factory is basically crushed. Also, the war of finance has broken out early on. The U.S. has imposed financial sanctions on 200 corporates and dozens of individuals, and leve-2 financial sanctions have been imposed on Hong Kong and mainland officials, though the sanctions have not been extended to the whole industry or even the whole country. Military besieging is a palpable reality, as evidenced by the U.S. filling in the Indo-Pacific region with armies pulled back from the Middle East and its strategic bombers flying from the U.S. directly to Guam and staying there.
September 15 is a super Tuesday as the U.S. would start imposing sanctions on China even more frequently upon the end of the Sino-European summit and Yoshihide Suga, the president of the Liberal Democratic Party, taking up the post of the Japan Prime Minister after winning the party election.

CCP joining hands with Europe and Japan to resist U.S. is fantasy

China is still pondering over international relations with a bellicose mentality – enemies of enemies are friends. The notion that it can join hands with Europe and Japan for both of them having trade conflicts with the U.S. is doomed to failure: While the contradiction among Europe, Japan and the U.S. is “internal contradiction among the people”, the contradiction between the three parties and China is “contradiction between ourselves and the enemy”. The U.S.-Japanese and U.S.-European trade conflicts are about quantity, but the Sino-U.S. conflicts are about structural contradiction. The values and systems the U.S., Japan and Europe hold dear are alike, despite disputes over economic issues. However, China is in conflict with all the three parties on the whole. Last week, two top Chinese diplomatic officials paving way for the Sino-European summit ended in failure, which suggests that an alliance is impossible, and there is no guarantee that the issues of Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Tibet and Taiwan will not be brought up by officials of European countries. In the past, those countries curried favor with China for the sake of money. Now, nonetheless, as the situation has changed, economic consideration is secondary.
Yoshihide Suga would inherit Shinzo Abe’s economic policies – big market, small government, and be sympathetic towards Hong Kong and Taiwan. Under his rule, Japan might join the Five Eyes to become the sixth, strengthening U.S.-Japanese relations. He is to predominate the industry chain alliance among Japan, India and Australia, and take part in the CCP-free industry chain alliance among Taiwan, Japan, the U.S. and Europe, all of which hold dear to similar values. He will be the major advocator of the replica of NATO in Asia.
This week, the U.S. will most probably put forward the second sanctions list against Hong Kong and mainland officials involved in suppression of Xinjiang, doing business with Iran and oppression of human rights and freedom of the press.
