Braised Enoki Mushroom and Red & Yellow Sweet Pepper with Spicy Teriyaki Sauce
Marmoreal mushroom 1/2 pack
Japanese teriyaki sauce 2 tablespoons
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Cut enoki mushroom and marmoreal mushroom root. Dice hot pepper.
2. Deseed yellow sweet pepper and red sweet pepper and cut into pieces. Slice garlic.
3. Mix Japanese teriyaki sauce, water, sugar, mirin as sauce.
4. Heat the rice bran oil, pan fry sweet pepper with mid-heat, put in garlic and hot pepper, stir fry until mix well.
5. Put in enoki mushroom, marmoreal mushroom and the sauce, turn to high heat and cook 3 mins.
