蟲草花螺片節瓜瘦肉湯
材料:
蟲草花 50克
螺片 4片
節瓜 1個
瘦肉 300克
淮山 30克
步驟:
1.蟲草花、淮山浸水。
2.節瓜去皮及切件。
3.瘦肉洗淨後切件、汆水、再次洗淨。
4.螺片汆水。
5.將所有材料放入滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲2小時。
Cordyceps Flower, Sliced Sea Whelk, Hairy Gourd and Pork Lean Soup
Ingredients:
Cordyceps flower 50g
Sliced sea whelk 4 pcs
Hairy gourd 1 pc
Pork lean 300g
Common yan rhizome 30g
Steps:
1.Soak cordyceps flower and common yan rhizome.
2.Peel hairy gourd and cut into pieces.
3.Cut pork lean in chunk after wash, blanch pork lean and wash again.
4.Blanch sliced sea whelk.
5.Put all ingredients into boiling water, cover the lid and cook 2 hours with low heat.
