Japanese Chicken Chop with stir fried Egg
Japanese soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Japanese bonito sauce 1 tablespoon
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
1. Wipe chicken chop with kitchen paper, put salt into chicken chop and marinate 10 mins.
2. Cut onion into strips and beat egg.
3. Mix Japanese soy sauce, Japanese bonito sauce, mirin, sugar and sake, then put in a little water and mix as sauce.
4. Heat the rice bran oil, pan fried chicken chop until half cooked. Then take out and cut into pieces.
5. Heat the same pan, stir fry onion.
6. Put in chicken chop and the sauce, then cook 3 mins.
7. Turn to low heat and put in egg, cook until half cooked.
8. Finally off the heat and cover the lid, steam 1 min.
