老黃瓜玉竹雞湯
材料:
雞 1/2隻
老黃瓜 1個
玉竹 30克
粟米 1條
南北杏 30克
鹽 適量
步驟:
1. 玉竹浸水;南北杏浸水;老黃瓜對切、去籽、切件;粟米切件。
2. 雞汆水及洗淨。
3. 將雞、南北杏、玉竹、老黃瓜、粟米加入至滾水,蓋上蓋,轉小火煲2小時,最後加入適量鹽。

Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 pc
Yellow cucumber 1pc
Fragrant solomonseal rhizome 30g
Corn 1 pc
Apricot kernel 30g
Salt some
Steps:
1. Soak fragrant solomonseal rhizome. Soak apricot kernel. Cut yellow cucumber into two pieces, deseed, and cut into pieces. Cut corn into pieces.
2. Blanch chicken and wash.
3. Put chicken, apricot kernel, fragrant solomonseal rhizome, yellow cucumber, corn into boiling water, cover the lid, cook for 2 hours with low heat, finally put in some salt.
