材料:
鮑魚仔12隻
陳皮1瓣
蒜茸6湯匙
葱1棵(切絲)
油1湯匙
生抽 2湯匙
做法:
陳皮用水浸軟
刮去果瓤,洗淨切絲
鮑魚仔用小刷刷洗淨,置碟上
放蒜茸及陳皮絲
隔滾水以大火蒸約15分鐘
取出,放上葱絲
淋上滾油及生抽,完成
Ingredients
12 baby abalones
1 piece dried tangerine peel
6 tbsp minced garlic
1 stalk spring onion (cut into thin shred)
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Steps
Soak dried tangerine peel in water until tender.
Scrape off white pith with small knife. Rinse and shred.
Scrub abalone with small brush then place on plate.
Add minced garlic and tangerine peel.
Steam over boiling water with high heat for 15 minutes.
Remove from wok. Add spring onion.
Drizzle with hot oil and soy sauce, done.
