食譜西菜豬肉煎煮15-30分鐘
1. 將海鮮醬、生抽、老抽、米酒、胡椒粉加入豬頸肉,醃30分鐘。

Hoisin sauce 2 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Rice bran oil 5 tablespoons
1. Put hoisin sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, pepper into pork jowl, marinate 30 mins.
2. Heat the rice bran oil, pan fry pork jowl until well done, then take out and cut into pieces.
3. Heat the rice bran oil, put in flour and stir fry until melt.
4. Put in chicken soup and cook until boil.
5. Put in cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, sugar and mix well.
6. Put pork jowl into the plate and enjoy with cheese sauce.
