三餸一湯|酥炸魚柳配他他醬 Deep fried Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
食譜西菜魚雞蛋炸煮15-30分鐘
2. 魚柳切件、印乾水分,將鹽、黑椒加入魚柳,醃20分鐘。
5. 將洋葱、蛋黃醬、乳酪、鹽、黑椒加入蛋,攪拌均勻,成為他他醬。
6. 將低筋麵粉、水混合,攪拌均勻,將魚柳加入,攪拌均勻,再把魚柳沾上麵包糠。
7. 燒熱油,以中火炸魚柳3分鐘,取出,瀝乾油分。
8. 以大火炸魚柳1分鐘,取出,瀝乾油分,配上他他醬享用。
Deep fried Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
Natural yoghurt 2 tablespoons
1. Put egg into boiling water and cook 10 mins.
2. Cut fish fillet into pieces, then wipe fish fillet with kitchen paper, put salt and black pepper into fish fillet, marinate 20 mins.
3. Mince onion then soak.
4. Shell the cooked egg and crush. Drain onion.
5. Put onion, mayonnaise, yoghurt, salt, black pepper into egg, mix well as tartar sauce.
6. Mix well low gluten flour and water,then put in fish fillet and mix well. Put fish filler into bread crumbs.
7. Heat the oil, deep fry fish fillet 3 mins with mid-heat, take out and drain oil.
8. Deep fry fish fillet 1 mins with high heat, take out and drain oil, enjoy with tartar sauce.
