三餸一湯|菠菜雙菌湯 Spinach and mushrooms soup
食譜粵菜湯水蔬菜豬肉煲30-60分鐘
1. 排骨汆水。煲滾水,加入薑片和排骨,滾起收中火煲30分鐘。
2. 菠菜切根,再切段。杏鮑菇對切,再切長片。草菇切片。
3. 開蓋,加入雜菌大火滾5分鐘,加胡椒粉、鹽和糖,加入菠菜煮軟即成。
Spinach and mushrooms soup
King oyster mushroom 1 pc
1. Blanch spareribs. Boil 900mL of water, then put in ginger and spareribs. Bring to boil then turn to mid heat for 30 minutes.
2. Cut the roots of spinach and cut in pieces. Cut king oyster mushroom in half, then slice it. Slice straw mushroom.
3. Open the lid, put in mushrooms and boil in high heat for 5 minutes. Season the soup with pepper, salt and sugar. Put in spinach cook until soft.
