【三餸一湯】燒汁燴秋葵

食譜素食蔬菜15分鐘以下

材料:
秋葵 8-10條
日本燒汁 3-4湯匙
味醂 少許
冰糖 少許
蒜頭 2-3粒
紅椒 1條

做法:
1.蒜拍扁,去衣,切粒。紅椒切絲。
2.秋葵洗淨,去蒂,瀝乾。
3.熱油鑊,爆香蒜和紅椒,下秋葵略炒,加入日本燒汁、味醂,再下冰糖和3-4湯匙水煮滾,盛起秋葵,大火收汁,淋上秋葵,即可。

Braised Okra with Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
Okra 8-10 pcs
Teriyaki sauce 3-4 tablespoons
Mirin Little
Rock sugar Little
Garlic 2-3 pcs
Red pepper 1 pc

Steps:
1.Smash the garlic, peel and dice. Shred the red pepper.
2.Wash the okra. Cut off the pedicle and drain.
3.Heat the oil. Saute garlic and red pepper. Put in okra to stir well. Add in Teriyaki sauce and mirin. Add rock sugar and 3-4 tablespoons of water to cook until roll up. Take out the okra. Cook with high heat until the sauce is thicken and absorbed. Pour it into the okra.
