材料:
蘋果4個
紅蘿蔔1個
瘦肉300克
蜜棗3粒
水4公升
蘋果切件及去籽
紅蘿蔔去皮,洗淨
蜜棗洗淨
瘦肉洗淨,汆水備用
煲滾4公升水
放入所有材料大火煲約30分鐘
轉慢火煲約2小時
下少許鹽調味,完成
Ingredients:

Steps:

Rinse candied dates.
