椰菜 100克
豬肉腩片 120克
醬汁:
韓式甜辣醃肉汁 1湯匙
生抽 1茶匙
糖 少許
熱清湯 1湯匙
麻油 半茶匙
芝麻 1湯匙
做法:
1.椰菜切長條,豬腩片攤平,放上椰菜捲起。
2.韓式醃肉汁加生抽、糖和熱清湯拌勻。加麻油和芝麻成醬汁。
3.把椰菜卷排好上碟。水滾,蓋上蒸7分鐘。取出,淋上醬汁。
Steamed cabbage roll
Ingredients:
Cabbage 100g
Pork belly slice 120g
Sauce:
Korean sweet and hot marinade 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar Little
Hot chicken broth 1 Tablespoon
Sesame oil ½ teaspoon
Sesame 1 Tablespoon
Steps:
1.Cut cabbage in pieces. Flatten pork belly slice, then roll cabbage.
2.Mix Korean marinade with soy sauce, sugar and hot chicken broth. Stir well. Put in sesame oil and sesame and mix it.
3.Put cabbage roll on plate. Steam and count for 7 mins when water boil. Put sauce on cabbage roll.
