【三餸一湯】絲瓜清煮蜆 Luffa cooked Fresh Clam
食譜粵菜家常菜貝類蔬菜煮15-30分鐘
1. 大蜆放入水加鹽,吐沙;蒜頭去皮;薑切絲;絲瓜去皮、切件。
1. Add salt into water, put freshwater clam in helps to remove sand. Peel garlic. Shred ginger. Peel luffa and cut into pieces.
2. Heat the oil, put in garlic and luffa.
3. Put in chicken soup and ginger, cover the lid, cook 10 mins with high heat.
4. Put in clam, cover the lid and cook 5 mins.
