茄汁
2湯匙
醋
2茶匙
鹽

糖
2茶匙
水
適量
做法:
1. 番茄切粒,洋葱切絲。
2. 薑片爆香。
3. 鯖魚煎熟備用。
4. 爆香蒜茸,落番茄及洋葱煮至軟身。
5. 加入茄汁、醋、鹽、糖及水,煮滾後加入葱花。
6. 淋上鯖魚,完成。
Mackerel in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients:
Tomato 2 pcs
Mackerel Fillet 2 pcs
Onion ½ pc
Chopped Spring Onion 2 tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 Slice
Sauce:
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tsp
Some Salt
Sugar 2 tsp
Some Water
Steps:
1. Dice tomato and shred onion.
2. Sauté sliced ginger until fragrant.
3. Pan-fry mackerel till fully cooked and set aside.
4. Sauté minced garlic and add in tomato and onion. Cook till soften.
5. Add in ketchup, vinegar, salt, sugar and water. Bring to boil and add in chopped spring onions.
6. Pour sauce over the mackerel. Done.
