材料:
蒜頭6粒
豬肉薄片120克
炸葱頭1湯匙
粟粉芡水少許
醬汁:
生抽2湯匙
味醂1湯匙
糖1茶匙
做法:

蒜頭切片,炸至金黃,撈起,蒜片蒜油留用。醬汁先混合好備用。豬肉片切細。

鑊中加入蒜油, 爆香豬肉片,加入醬汁同炒,加粟粉芡水收汁。加入炸蒜頭和炸葱頭炒勻。

Pork slice 120g
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoons
Mirin 1 Tablespoon
Fried shallot 1 Tablespoon
Cornstarch water Little
Sauce:
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoons
Mirin 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1.
Slice garlic. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar as sauce. Cut pork slices in small pieces.

Deep fried garlic in golden colour. Pick it up.
3.
Put garlic oil in pan. Stir fry pork slice and sauce. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water. Put in fried garlic and fried shallot.
