食譜粵菜湯水蔬菜雞肉豆類煮15分鐘以下
Thickened Chicken Soup with Pumpkin
Chopped Spring Onions 1 tbsp
1. Peel and dice pumpkin. Dice tofu.
2. Mix minced chicken with salt, sugar and white pepper. Marinate for few mins.
3. Mix chicken broth with 3 bowls of water and bring to boil. Add in pumpkin and mixed vegetables, bring to boil.
4. Add in minced chicken and stir for awhile. Add in tofu.
5. Add in salt and corn starch with water, bring to boil.
6. Turn off the heat, then add in chopped spring onions.
