消暑湯水

清熱補血
潺菜豬肝湯有清熱、補血的作用,湯水滑而甜,潺菜獨有特別口感,豬肝一點也不嚡,非常嫩滑,是迎接夏天消暑的湯水。
材料:
潺菜12両、豬肝4両、蒜頭4粒


醃料:
生抽1茶匙、粟粉1/4茶匙、油1/2茶匙

小貼士:
下豬肝後,不要攪動湯水至熄火為止,可保持豬肝滑嫩不嚡。

做法:

Marinade:
1tsplightsoysauce,1/4tspcornflour,1/2tspoil

Method:
1WashCeylonspinach.Washpig'sliver,sliceandmarinatefor15minutes.
2Peelgarlic.Heat2tspoil,stirfrygarlic,pourin6bowlsofwaterandbringtotheboil.
3AddCeylonspinach,bringbacktotheboilandsimmerforanother3minutes.Addpig'sliver,turntolowheatandsimmerforanother3minutestilltheliverisdone,thenaddlightsoysauce.Serve.
