材料:
椰菜250克
乾辣椒3隻
腩片50克
蒜頭2粒

紹酒1茶匙
醬汁:
黑醋1湯匙
生抽半湯匙
老抽少許
糖2茶匙
做法:

蒜頭和辣椒切碎,椰菜去硬芯,手撕菜葉成小塊。腩片切絲備用。碗中加醬汁材料拌勻成醬汁。

燒熱油,爆腩肉,加入蒜、薑和辣椒,加入椰菜炒勻,蓋上焗1分鐘。加入醬汁,開大火炒至椰菜軟身。加少許鹽和糖調味,灒紹酒炒勻即可。

Garlic 2 cloves

Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon
Sauce:
Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce ½ Tablespoon
Dark soy sauce Little
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Steps:

Shred garlic and red chili. Take out the hard part of cabbage, then torn the leaves in small pieces. Cut pork belly slice in strips. Mix the sauce.

Heat the oil, pan-fry pork belly. Put in garlic, ginger and red chili. Put in cabbage, stir well. Cover the lid and cook for 1 minute. Put in sauce and turn to high heat. Stir-fry until cabbage get soft. Season with a little salt and sugar. Put in a little Shao Xing wine and stir-fry.
