材料:
蘋果2個
脢頭肉300克
葱1棵(切粒)
蒜頭4瓣
調味:
甜麵醬2湯匙
糖1茶匙
做法:
蘋果洗淨去籽,切粒,泡浸於鹽水內
蒜頭略拍
脢頭肉洗淨,切粒
燒熱2湯匙油,中火爆香蒜頭
下肉粒爆炒至七成熟
加入蘋果粒炒勻
下甜麵醬及糖炒勻,完成
Ingredients:
2 apples
300g pork shoulder butt
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
4 cloves garlic
Seasonings:
2 tbsp sweet preserved soy bean sauce
1 tsp sugar
Steps:
Rinse apples. Remove seeds, cut into cubes . Soak in salt water.
Lightly smash garlic cloves.
Rinse pork shoulder butt. Cut into cubes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil. Stir fry garlic.
Add pork cube and stir fry until 70% done.
Add apple and stir well.
Add sweet preserved soy bean sauce and sugar. Stir well. Done.
