芥蘭 450克
調味料:
薑汁 2茶匙
米酒 2湯匙
糖 2茶匙
鹽 1/2茶匙
做法:
1. 芥蘭洗淨,摘去老硬的部分,備用。
2. 燒熱3湯匙油,下芥蘭爆炒。
3. 下薑汁及鹽炒勻,灒米酒及糖略炒。

Steps:
1. Rinse kale. Peel off old and hard parts, set aside.
2. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Stir-fry kale briefly.
3. Add ginger sauce and salt, stir well. Add rice wine and sugar. Stir for a while.
