希臘乳酪 半碗
青瓜 200克

做法:
1.
雞扒切粒與糖、鹽、甜椒粉、黑椒粉、蒜茸撈勻,醃15分鐘
2.
將雞粒用竹籤串起,然後放入焗爐烤20分鐘即成
3.
青瓜刨絲加鹽,揸乾水份備用
4.
蒔蘿切碎,放入希臘乳酪、檸檬汁、青瓜絲、鹽及蒜茸混合成伴雞串醬汁

Minced garlic ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Some Salt
Paprika ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Little Lemon Juice
Steps:
1.Dice chicken fillet, then mix it with sugar, salt, paprika, black pepper and minced garlic, marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Shred cucumber and add salt. Drain water and set aside.
3. Chop dill, add in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, shredded cucumber, salt and minced garlic to form a sauce.
4. Thread the chicken on skewers, then put in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Done.
