醃料:
生粉1茶匙
糖1茶匙
生抽半湯匙
老抽2茶匙
紹興酒 1茶匙
醬汁:
蛋黃醬4湯匙
煉奶1湯匙
糖1茶匙
做法:
1.金沙骨解凍後,洗淨抹乾水。 放入醃料中的所有材料,醃大約30分鐘。
2.把金沙骨放在滾油中炸至熟透,盛起。
3.把醬汁內的所有材料拌勻。
4.下油,倒入炸好的金沙骨,再倒入醬汁極速兜勻熄火即可上碟,以芫荽碎裝飾,即成。

Steps:

Defrost pork ribs, then wash and dry. Add all marinade ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.
