鹹魚蒸魚腩
材料:
馬鮫鹹魚150克
鯇魚腩500克
薑4片(切幼絲)
葱1棵(切幼絲)
油2湯匙
做法:
馬鮫鹹魚洗淨抹乾,切粒
魚腩洗淨,抹乾放碟上
放上鹹魚及薑絲
隔水蒸12-15分鐘
瀝去多餘水分後放上葱絲
淋上滾油,完成
Steamed Fish Belly with Salted Fish
Ingredients
150g salted mackerel
500g grass carp belly
4 ginger slices (cut into thin shred)
1 stalk spring onion (cut into thin shred)
2 tbsp oil
Steps:
Rinse salted mackerel. Pat dry and dice.
Rinse grass carp belly. Pat dry and place on plate.
Add salted mackerel and ginger.
Steam over boiling water for 12-15 minutes.
Drain off excess water. Drizzle hot oil.
Add spring onion. Done.
