材料:
小冬瓜1個
乾冬菇 2粒
金華火腿少許
鮮魷魚少許
豬肉小半碗
薑2片
做法:
1.
小冬瓜洗淨

冬菇浸發,去蒂切粒
3.
魷魚和豬肉切粒, 金華火腿切絲
4.
冬瓜放在滾水裏,煲15分鐘,把頂部切走,用匙羹挖出中心成為盅形,湯汁留起備用
5.
燒熱鑊落油,爆香薑片,加入冬菇和豬肉爆香,取出薑片,再加入魷魚
6.
加入湯汁煮熱,放入冬瓜盅內
7.
金華火腿放上面,蓋上冬瓜椗
8.
隔水蒸5分鐘 ,加鹽即成
Double Boiled Winter Melon Soup
Ingredients:
1 Small Winter Melon
2 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
Some Jinhau Hams
Some Fresh Squids
½ Bowl Pork
2 Slices Ginger
Step:
1.
Rinse small winter melon.
2.
Soak shiitake mushrooms, remove stem and chop into dices.
3.
Dice squid and pork and shred Jinhau hams.
4.
Put winter melon in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes , then cut the top off, take a spoon and dig it to a cup shape. Keep the broth for later use.
5.
Heat a pan with oil, saute ginger slices until fragrant. Add shiitake mushroom and pork and saute until fragrant. Take out the ginger slices and then add squid.
6.
Add broth and bring to boil. Pour them into the winter melon cup.
7.
Put Jinhau ham on top, cover with the top part of the winter melon.
8.
Steam over water for 5 minutes and season with salt.
