【三餸一湯】軟炸蝦仁

食譜雞蛋15-30分鐘

材料:
蝦半斤
麵粉1碗
芝麻1湯匙
蛋1隻
油2湯匙
黑椒鹽半茶匙

醃料:
鹽少許
胡椒粉少許
粟粉1茶匙
紹酒1茶匙

做法:
1.
蝦去頭,剝殼,去蝦腸,加醃料略醃。麵粉加入蛋液拌勻,分多次加入油,調好麵糊。
2.
把蝦加入麵糊中,拌勻。開中火燒油至溫熱,放入蝦炸熟,撈起。撒芝麻和黑椒鹽即成。

Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon

Steps:
