Deep fried Iberian Pork Tenderloin with Salty Marinated Powder
Ingredients:
Iberian pork tenderloin 2 pcs
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Five spices powder 1/4 teaspoon
Hot pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Garlic 3 slices
Egg 1 pc
Sweet potato flour 100g
Basil 1 pc
Pepper salt some
Steps:
1. Take basil leaf. Mince garlic.
2. Slap Iberian pork tenderloin and cut into pieces.
3. Put sugar, soy sauce, five spices powder, hot pepper powder, pepper, cornstarch, sesame oil into Iberian pork tenderloin and mix well, then put in a little water and garlic, mix well and marinate 30 mins.
4. Beat egg, put Iberian pork tenderloin into egg, then add sweet potato flour.
5. Heat the oil, deep fry Iberian pork tenderloin until 80% cooked and take out.
6. Turn to high heat, deep fry Iberian pork tenderloin until well done, put in basil and deep fry 30 seconds, take out and wipe the oil, finally add pepper salt on top.
