材料:
番茄3個
薯仔(大)1個
蜆半斤
鹽少許
食油少許
芫荽切碎
水1.5公升
做法:
1.番茄切件,薯仔去皮切塊,芫荽切碎,蜆放在鹽水吐沙半小時。
2.水滾,加入少許食油,放入薯仔先煮10分鐘,再放入番茄煮8分鐘,最後加入蜆煮約3分鐘至開口,以少許鹽調味,撒上芫荽碎即成。

1 potato (large)
1/2 catty of clams

coriander, chopped
1.5 litres of water
Steps:
1.Cut tomatoes in chunks. Peel and cut potato in chunks. Chop coriander. Remove sands in clams by soaking in salt water for 1/2 hr.
2.Add a little oil to boiling water; toss in potato and cook for 10 mins, then add tomatoes and cook for 8 more mins, and finally clams for 3 more mins until the shells open. Season with salt and sprinkle coriander when serve.
