菠蘿咕嚕肉愈食愈開胃

色彩繽紛
菠蘿咕嚕肉,橙色的醬汁,配上黃色的菠蘿、青色紅色的甜椒,色彩繽紛,看見已經口水直流,入口味道酸酸甜甜,相當醒胃。
材料:
脢肉160克

配料:
菠蘿50克、青椒30克、紅椒20克、蒜肉5克、青葱10克

調味料:
糖醋汁200毫升、生粉水少許

醃脢肉用料(每600克):
吉士粉5克、幼鹽少許、雞蛋1隻、生粉50克

做法:

用料要新鮮,豬肉最好選用脢肉這部份,分外腍滑。另,如用新鮮菠蘿效果更好。

Marinade(for600gpork):5gcustardpowder,dashofsalt,1egg,50gcornflour

Method:
1.Wash,wipedryandcutporkintopieces,mixwithmarinadeandcoatwithcornflour.Cutpineappleintopieces.Washgreenandredpepper,thenremovetheseedandcutintopieces.Peelgarlicandchop.Washandcutspringonionintosections.
2.Heatoil,deepfryporkpiecestilldone,takeoutanddrain.
3.Heatalittleoil,stirfrypineapple,greenpepper,redpepper,garlicandspringonion.Pourinsourandsweetsauce,bringtotheboilandthickenwithcornflourmixture.Thenputintheporkpieces,stirwell,takeoutandserve.
