材料
肥牛片 400g
洋葱(切絲) 1個
白飯 2碗
七味粉 適量
日本雞蛋 2隻
調味汁
水 300ml
醬油 2湯匙
味醂 2湯匙
日本清酒/白酒 2湯匙
糖 1湯匙

洋葱去皮切絲待用。

預備平底煎鑊,倒入300ml的水,再加入調味汁的其餘材料,煮滾。放入洋葱絲,煮至軟身呈半透明狀,放入肥牛片煮約8-10分鐘,直至牛汁變濃郁。
3.
盛起白飯,鋪上牛肉及牛汁,加上日本生雞蛋,撒上七味粉,即成。
Japanese Beef Rice
Ingredients:
400g beef slices
1 shredded onion
2 bowls of rice
Japanese assorted chili powder
2 Japanese eggs
Sauce
300ml water
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake/white wine
1 tbsp sugar

Peel and shred the onion.

Pour 300ml water into a pan. Add other seasonings and cook to boil. Add shredded onion and cook until soft. Add beef slices and cook for 8-10 minutes until the sauce is thickened.
3.
Pour the beef and beef sauce on top of the rice. Add the Japanese egg. Season with Japanese assorted chili powder. Ready to serve.
