做法:

切碎蒜頭、葱花、辣椒,椰菜花切朵,蓮藕切薄片。

水滾加鹽和糖,蓮藕和椰菜花汆水。

燒熱油,爆薑、葱、蒜和辣椒,爆香豆瓣醬,加入蓮藕和椰菜花炒勻,加生抽、糖、鹽和紹酒調味。

Ingredients:

Lotus root 200g
Garlic 2 cloves
Red chili 2 pieces

Steps:
