1. Peel potato, cut potato into hob blocks. Slice shallot.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry sugar in mid-heat until sugar melt. Put in spareribs and pan fry until golden brown.
3. Put in ginger, shallot, dark soy sauce, soy sauce and 1 cup of coke. Put in potato and marinade pack. Cover the lid and braise in mid-low heat for 40 minutes. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
薯仔削皮,用滾刀切件。
燒熱鑊,加油,倒入糖煮至溶化。
加入排骨煎至表面沾上糖色。
加薑片、乾葱同炒。
倒入老抽、生抽及可樂炒勻。
下薯仔和滷水香料,收中細火燜40分鐘。
