材料:
豆乾 5片
菜脯 2條
魚露 少許
指天椒 2條
辣椒乾 1條
花椒粒 少許
老抽 1茶匙
蒜頭 2粒
花椒粉 少許
做法:
1.
菜脯 泡水10分鐘。
2.
豆乾、蒜頭、指天椒、辣椒乾切粒。
3.
菜脯用廚房紙印乾及切粒。
4.
燒熱油,將蒜頭、花椒粒、指天椒、辣椒乾炒香。
5.
加入豆乾及菜脯炒香。
6.
加魚露、水、老抽、花椒粉炒至均勻。
Cinque Savory Spicy Dried Tofu
Ingredients:
Dried tofu 5 pcs
Preserved radish 2pcs
Fish sauce little
Hot pepper 2 pcs
Dried hot pepper 1 pc
Paprika corn little
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Garlic 2 pcs
Paprika powder little
Steps:
1.
Soak preserved radish for 10 mins.
2.
Dice dried tofu, garlic, hot pepper, dried Hot Pepper.
3.
Use kitchen tissue sop up preserved radish and dice.
4.
Heat the Oil then fry garlic, paprika corn, hot pepper and dried hot pepper.
5.
Add dried tofu and hot pepper to fry.
6.
Add fish sauce, water, dark soy sauce and paprika powder fry until mix well.
