【三餸一湯】糖醋薯仔

食譜豆類30-60分鐘

材料:
薯仔 2個
中式陳醋 30ml
冰糖 60g
水 約 200ml-300ml


後下調味:
紹興酒 半瓶蓋
生抽 1茶匙
陳醋 1/2-1湯匙

做法:
1. 薯仔去皮,切件。煎至金黄,取出。
2. 冰糖加水煮溶,攪勻。
3. 放入薯仔和陳醋煮至剛腍。
4. 開大火收汁。
5.下生抽、紹興酒及少許陳醋,熄火。

Braised potatoes in sweet and sour sauce
Ingredients:
2 medium-sized potato
30ml Chinese black vinegar
60g rock sugar
200-300ml water
Salt

Seasoning:
½ bottle cap of Shaoxing wine
1 tsp light soy sauce
½-1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar

Steps:
1. Peel and slice potatoes. Fry the potato until golden brown, then take it out.
2. Cook the rock sugar with water until dissolved.
3. Put back the fried potatoes, add black vinegar.Cook until soft
4. Reduce the sauce over high heat.
5. Add light soy sauce, wine, a bit of vinegar. Off heat.
