豉汁蒸帶子
材料:
帶子 5隻
乾葱 1粒
蒜頭 2片
豆豉 20克
生抽 1湯匙
老抽 1茶匙
蠔油 1茶匙
糖 1茶匙
生粉 少許
步驟:
1.帶子用刷刷洗,乾葱、蒜頭、豆豉切粒。
2.將乾葱、蒜頭、豆豉、生抽、老抽、蠔油、糖混合,加入少許生粉,水,混合成醬料。
3.帶子放上碟,將醬料加入。
4.以大火蒸帶子4分鐘。
Steamed Scallop with Bean Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
Scallop 5 pcs
Dried shallot 1 pc
Garlic 2 pcs
Black bean 20g
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch little
Steps:
1.Scrub scallop after wash, dice dried shallot, garlic and black bean.
2.Mix dried shallot, garlic, black bean, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, put in a little cornstarch and water, mix as sauce.
3.Put scallop on the plate and pour in the sauce.
4.Steam scallop 4 mins with high heat.
