【三餸一湯】蒜心炒牛肉碎

牛肉食譜蔬菜15-30分鐘

材料:
蒜心200克
蒜頭1粒
薑1片
牛肉碎150克
紅/黃甜椒各20克
紹酒少許
魚露1茶匙
鹽少許
糖少許
粟粉芡水少許
醃料:
糖少許
胡椒粉少許
粟粉1茶匙
紹酒1茶匙
生抽1茶匙
做法:
1.
牛肉碎加醃料拌勻。蒜心切段,薑切粒,蒜頭切碎,紅黃甜椒切段。滾水加鹽糖,加蒜心汆水。
2.
燒熱油,炒牛肉碎,加蒜和薑爆香,加入蒜心和紅黃甜椒炒勻。灒紹酒,加魚露和糖調味。下粟粉芡水收汁。

Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1.
Minced beef marinate with marinade. Cut garlic shoot and bell peppers in pieces. Dice ginger. Shred garlic. Put salt and sugar in boiling water, blanch garlic shoot.

Heat the oil, pan fry minced beef. Put in garlic and ginger. Put in garlic shoot and bell peppers. Stir fry. Put in Shao Xing wine, fish sauce and sugar. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch water.
