3. 將豆豉、蒜頭、鹽、糖、油混合,加入生粉,攪拌均勻成醬料。
4. 將黃鱲䱽印乾水分,將一半葱、薑放在碟上,將一半葱、薑放在魚肚。
Steamed Snubnose Pompano with Black Bean Sauce
Seasoned soy sauce 1 tablespoon
1. Cut one piece of spring onion into strips. Dice one piece of spring onion.
2. Shred ginger. Mince black bean. Mince garlic.
3. Mix black bean, garlic, salt, sugar and oil, put in cornstarch and mix as sauce.
4. Wipe snubnose pompano with kitchen paper.
5. Put a half of spring onion and ginger on the plate, then put a half of spring onion and ginger inside snubnose pompano.
7. Steam 8 mins with high heat.
8. Add diced spring onion, put in boiled oil and seasoned soy sauce.
