三餸一湯|檸香蒔蘿海鱸魚柳 Pan fried Ocean Caught Fish Fillet with Lemon and Dill

檸香蒔蘿海鱸魚柳
材料:
海鱸魚柳4件
蒔蘿1湯匙
洋葱1/2個
檸檬1/2個
鹽1茶匙
黑椒1茶匙
糖2茶匙
米糠油2湯匙
步驟:
1. 洋葱切條;檸檬榨汁、刨皮。
2. 海鱸魚柳印乾水分,將鹽、黑椒、1茶匙檸檬汁、蒔蘿加入海鱸魚柳,醃10分鐘。
3. 燒熱米糠油,加入洋葱,炒1分鐘,再加入海鱸魚柳,煎至金黃色,取出。
4. 燒熱原鑊,加入餘下的檸檬汁、糖、檸檬皮,轉大火煮2分鐘。
5. 將醬汁加在海鱸魚柳上。
Pan fried Ocean Caught Fish Fillet with Lemon and Dill
Ingredients:
Ocean caught fish fillet 4 pcs
Dill 1 tablespoon
Onion 1/2 pc
Lemon 1/2 pc
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Rice bran oil 2 tablespoons
Steps:
1. Cut onion into strips. Squeeze lemon and peel.
2. Wipe ocean caught fish fillet with kitchen paper, put salt, black pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, dill into ocean caught fish fillet, marinate 10 mins.
3. Heat the rice bran oil, put in onion and stir fry 1 min, then put in ocean caught fish fillet and pan fry until golden brown and take out.
4. Heat the same pan, put in the rest of lemon juice, sugar and lemon zest, then turn to high heat and cook 2 mins.
5. Add the sauce on the top of ocean caught fish fillet.
