1. 蒜頭切粒。將生抽、糖、紹興酒、生粉加入排骨,醃30分鐘。
Steamed Pork Ribs with Salted Olive and Garlic
Salted olive 1 tablespoon
Shao xing wine 1 tablespoon
1. Dice garlic. Put soy sauce, sugar, Shao xing wine, cornstarch into pork ribs, marinate 30 mins.
2. Heat the oil, put in garlic, deep fry 1 min, then put in salted olive.
3. Put salted olive and garlic into pork ribs, mix well.
4. Put pork ribs on the plate, cover the lid, steam 20 mins with high heat.
