【三餸一湯】四季豆炒雜菌

材料:
四季豆100克
雜菌100克
蒜頭1粒
XO醬1湯匙
紹酒1茶匙
糖少許
鹽少許
蠔油1茶匙

做法:
1.
切碎蒜頭,杏鮑菇對切,再切片。白雪菇切段,秀珍菇撕細份,四季豆切段。
2.
白鑊炒雜菌,加入紹酒炒香, 盛起。
3.
燒熱油,爆香蒜茸,加入四季豆,加鹽和糖,加水1湯匙後,蓋上焗2分鐘。
4.
加入雜菌同炒,加蠔油、糖和XO醬炒勻。

Sauteed green beans and mixed mushrooms
Ingredients:
Green beans100g
Mixed mushroom 100g
Garlic 1 clove
XO sauce 1 Tablespoon
Shao Xing wine 1 teaspoon
Sugar Little
Salt Little
Oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1.
Shred garlic. Cut king oyster mushroom in half, then cut in slice. Cut white beech mushroom and green beans in pieces. Torn oyster mushroom in pieces.
2.
Stir fry mixed mushroom without oil, then pour in Shao Xing wine. Pick up.
3.
Heat the oil, pan fry garlic. Stir fry green beans, then season with salt and sugar. Put in 1 Tablespoon of water. Cover the lid and cook for 2 minutes.
4.
Put mixed mushrooms in pan, season with oyster sauce, sugar and XO sauce.
