夏天必食雞絲薑湯飯

做法:
將雞湯煮滾,加入芫荽、冬菇、草菇、薑、蒜頭、香茅一起煮滾,再加入魚露、青檸汁、胡椒粉、砂糖、雞絲、中國芹菜、辣椒碎,最後加入飯再煮滾便成。
