紓緩考試壓力雞漢堡

中五生面對會考，小學生、初中生則日日應付一大堆功課與測驗，壓力真不小。
每到考試前後，報刊上有不少學生因壓力大而發生的新聞，真叫父母們擔心，父母可誘導子女作些紓緩壓力的方法，如做適量運動，吃些有益的小食等，在飲食方法不妨多吃些含葉酸、維他命B1和維他命B6的食物，也會有明顯的幫助。

外脆內嫩
雞胸肉及全麥粉含有維他命B1及B6；雞肝及豆腐含有維他命B1。以這些材料製成的漢堡，再加些菠菜伴食，食味一流，營養均衡，更能紓緩壓力。將之煎至金黃，外脆內嫩，加些生菜絲來夾麵包，一流。

材料：2人份量
雞胸肉50克
雞肝30克
豆腐150克
葱1棵
全麥粉1湯匙

小貼士：
1.豆腐可選擇標明沒有基因改造的更放心，可於大型或日資超市買到。
2.雞肝去筋才剁碎，吃時口感較好。
3.除葱外，可加入芫荽增加香味。

Method:
1.Rinse,wipedryandmincedrychickenbreastandliver.Washanddicespringonion.Puttheseingredientsintoalargebowl.
2.Rinse,wipedryandmashbeancurd,mixwiththechickenbreast,thenaddwheatflour,stirwell.
3.Dividethemixtureinto6portionsandshallowfryinalittleoiltillgoldenbrown.Takeoutandserve.
