【三餸一湯】黑白芝麻雞件配芝麻醬 (親子料理)

食譜蔬菜雞肉15-30分鐘

材料:
雞髀肉 3-4件
黑、白芝麻 各2湯匙
日式芝麻醬 適量
椰菜絲 適量

雞醃料:
生抽 1/2茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
味醂 1湯匙
白胡椒粉 適量
鹽、糖 各少許
薑 2片

做法:
1.把雞髀肉切件。
2.剁薑茸,與雞肉混合。
3.雞肉與其餘所有醃料拌勻調味。
4.混合黑白芝麻。
5.把雞件兩面沾上芝麻粒。
6.下油,放入雞件,以中火煎至金黃。再反轉同樣煎至金黃,蓋上煮1分鐘。
7.熄火,把椰菜絲放上碟。
8.放上雞件,伴麻醬享用。

Fried sesame chicken served with Japanese sesame dressing
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh meat 3-4 pcs
Black and white sesame seeds 2 tbsp each
Japanese sesame dressing few
Shred cabbage few

Marinade:
Light soy sauce ½ tsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tbsp
Ground white pepper few
Salt, sugar little
Ginger 2 slices

Directions:
1.Cut the chicken thigh meat into pcs.
2.Mince ginger, then mix with chicken meat.
3.Marinate with mirin, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ground white pepper, salt and sugar, mix well.
4.Mix white and black sesame seeds.
5.Coat each chicken meat with sesame seeds.
6.Heat oil, fry the chicken meat until golden brown over medium heat. Flip, continue to fry. Cover, cook for a minute
7.Off heat, put shred cabbage on a plate.
8.Put chicken on top, serve hot with Japanese sesame dressing.
