芽菜 適量
甘筍 少許
麻油、鹽、糖 各少許

做法:
1. 煲滾水,下薑片,放入芽菜煮約2分鐘,取出隔水。
2. 甘筍刨幼條。
3. 混合甘筍、芽菜,下麻油、鹽及糖調味。
Mung bean sprout cold dish
Ingredients:
Mung bean sprout
A bit carrot
Toasted sesame oil, salt, sugar
Ginger slices
Steps:
1. Add ginger into hot water. Cook mung bean sprout for about 2 mins. Drain it.
2. Finely slice the carrot.
3. Mix carrot, mung bean sprout. Season with a bit sesame oil, salt and sugar.
